VP Lean Digital Transformation
Gurugram and Delhi - NCR
Experience: 23 yrs atleast
We are hiring a strategic and execution-driven VP Lean Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, retail operations, and commercial functions.
The role will drive Lean Six Sigma, digital enablement, AI-led automation, ERP transformation, and operational excellence to improve EBITDA, productivity, customer experience, and scalability across PAN India operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Lean + Digital transformation roadmap
- Drive cost optimization & productivity improvement
- Lead ERP, Analytics, RPA, and AI initiatives
- Optimize supply chain, distribution & retail performance
- Build a high-impact transformation culture
Ideal Profile:
- 23+ years in CPG / FMCG / Retail
- Strong Lean Six Sigma background (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven track record of large-scale digital & operational transformation
- Strong CXO stakeholder management
