What success looks like in this role:

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to define long-term goals and initiatives that drive sustainable growth
• Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
• Build, lead and mentor a team leaders and professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to asses the effectiveness of current business strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development and growth strategies aligned with Unisys goals and objectives.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure effective resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets and financial plans
• Identify emerging market trends, industry disruptions, and competitive landscape changes to capitalize on new opportunities develop scalable solutions..
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
