o Experience in driving Enterprise Technology Infrastructure and Operations Transformation
by introducing Automations with AI and ML capabilities
Technical Competencies
o Finest understanding/ Knowledge of Technology Operations and Supplier Management
o Global Service Desk operations, Technology Digital Asset Lifecycle Management, Digital
