VP / Sr VP OPERATIONS

@ GURUGRAM, VP / Sr VP OPERATIONS required For a Biggest Apparel manufacturing Group in Asia with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.

Exp: 24 - 30 yrs/ open

Salary; INR 100 - 120 Lacs PA / (nego)

Strengths in WOVENS is a must.

Will be required to handle approx. 2000 machines capacity as a PCH.

Prefer professionals with strong understanding of IE / Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts along with strong business acumen.

Prefer from IE / PPC Background.

Will be responsible to manage all manufacturing related activities - on time shipments, AQL, efficiency, etc.

Prefer with international work experience and at similar level / Position.

Prefer Professionals with formal education in related field.

Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.

Should have strong people and work management skills.

Should be a Strong leader and a team player.

Reporting to the Director.

Professionals with experience in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies will only qualify for this position.
