Job Title: Nepalese to English Interpreter (Work From Home 24/7 Process)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including night shifts & weekends)

CTC: Up to 5.4 LPA (Based on experience & communication skills)

About the Role:

We are looking for highly proficient Nepalese to English Interpreters to join our 24/7 remote interpreting process. The role involves real-time verbal interpretation between Nepalese and English speakers to ensure clear and accurate communication across conversations.

This is a Work From Home opportunity ideal for candidates with excellent bilingual communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time, accurate interpretation between Nepalese and English speakers
• Facilitate clear communication during calls, meetings, and customer interactions
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Handle inbound interpretation requests efficiently in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and clarity in conversations
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Maintain consistent call quality and service levels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken communication skills in Nepalese and English (Mandatory)
• Strong listening, comprehension, and interpretation abilities
• Neutral accent and clear pronunciation in both languages
• Ability to multitask and interpret in real-time conversations
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Prior interpretation, BPO, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interpretation, voice process, or bilingual roles preferred
• Freshers with exceptional language proficiency may also apply
• Must have a dedicated home workspace with stable internet and a noise-free environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work From Home Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM
• High-speed broadband connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
