Job Description

Education: Undergraduates with minimum 18 months of experience/ Graduates with 1 year of experience minimum


Location Thane

Shifts Shifts can start as early as 2:30 am in the morning , additional rotational shifts, and weekend working


Work From Office only

Customer service skills - The ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers, understand their concerns, and address their needs efficiently is vital.

Communication skills Must have excellent verbal and reading skills as required to read mandatory scripts and must mentions.

Technical / Navigation skills - Familiarity with computer systems and software, as well as the ability to learn and use various customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software, is essential.

Sales /Retention skills - The ability to persuasively present products or services to potential customers for positive sales conversion

Conflict resolution skills - The ability to handle customer complaints, billing disputes, and other difficult situations professionally and tactfully.

Multitasking skills - The ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities at once and able to manage and deliver key performance metrics(AHT/Quality /NPS/Retention/Sales conversion etc..)

Knowledge of energy industry regulations - Understanding of regulatory guidelines and requirements in the Telco sector would be a plus.
