Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Voice Coach to enhance the verbal communication skills of customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will specialize in voice modulation, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and tone control to improve customer experience and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing agents.
• Coach individuals on pronunciation, clarity, pace, tone, and modulation.
• Identify speech and communication gaps through call audits and feedback.
• Design and deliver customized voice coaching modules for different process needs.
• Collaborate with training and quality teams to align voice coaching with business goals.
• Monitor progress of coached employees and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on coaching effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in voice and communication training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 6months + of experience in voice coaching, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Strong expertise in accent neutralization, phonetics, and vocal techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and feedback skills.
• Familiarity with call center tools and quality monitoring systems.
