The Voice Coach will be responsible for enhancing the performance of our agents through effective coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular coaching sessions with agents.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
• Provide feedback and develop action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs.
• Develop training materials and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a coaching or training role.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.

Pay range and compensation package : Upto 7 lpa
