Voice Analyst / Voice Junior Analyst

We are looking for professionals to support voice-based data verification and project information collection.

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and emails to verify and collect project data

Review documents such as permits, RFPs, and project specifications

Validate project details including scope, timelines, and stakeholders

Update and maintain accurate information in internal systems (IRIS/CRM)

Identify data inconsistencies and escalate when required

Skills:

Good spoken and written English

BasicIntermediate Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and research skills

Shift: US Eastern Shift
