YOUR ROLEConduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessions for agents involved in outbound calling.Work on voice clarity, articulation, and pronunciation adjustments.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training and incorporate them into training programs.Monitor and assess agents’ performance on calls, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights for improvement.Design and implement evaluation processes to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training programsCollaborate with the operations and quality teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training plans.Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill retention.Understand and address cultural differences to tailor training programs effectively.In this role you will play a key role in:Design and deliver personalized coaching sessionsDevelop training materials and practice exercises.Provide feedback and progress reports to clients.YOUR PROFILEMonitor and assess agents’ performance on calls, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights for improvement.Design and implement evaluation processes to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training programsCollaborate with the operations and quality teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training plans.
