Shift: 24/7 (5 days working)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accent Neutralization: Reduce regional influence on speech for better global comprehension.
- Pronunciation & Articulation: Train agents to pronounce words clearly and correctly.
- Voice Modulation & Tone: Develop skills to maintain a professional, empathetic, and confident tone.
- Listening Skills: Enhance active listening for accurate understanding and response.
- Customer Service Language: Teach appropriate phrases, vocabulary, and cultural nuances for international interactions.
Key Deliverables:
- Customized voice training modules.
- Individual and group coaching sessions.
- Pre- and post-training assessments to measure improvement.
- Feedback reports and recommendations for continuous development.
