What Youll Do
- Coach, mentor & enhance communication and soft skills of frontline employees.
- Conduct regular voice & accent training sessions for new hires and existing teams.
- Identify communication gaps through call audits and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive performance improvement through floor support and refresher sessions.
- Collaborate with Ops & Quality teams to improve customer experience delivery.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Voice Coach / V&A Trainer / Soft Skills Coach in BPO (International process preferred)
- Strong command over spoken English & excellent presentation skills
- Experience in call monitoring, feedback sessions & coaching methodology
- Willing to work from office (Gurgaon) in rotational shifts
