Within HPE, our Operations, Legal and Admin teams work across the business, providing visible accountability and measurable outcomes. What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Survey Design and Planning
- Possess knowledge of survey programming platforms, specifically Qualtrics or any other survey platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the survey program
- Develop the roadmap for the survey initiatives aligned with business needs
- Develop the survey questionnaire, including question design, sequencing and formatting
- Project Management
- Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, key milestones, in alignment with the Program Manager
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of surveys
- Monitor and track responses and identify any measure to improve response rate
- Data collection & Analysis
- Ensure accurate and unbiased data collection
- Analyze survey response to extracts insights and trends
- Analyze themes and sub themes and use AI tools like Thematic, eClerx for broader insights
- Ensure the metrics in dashboard are refreshed and up to date
- Reporting and Actionable insights
- Create reports and presentations summarizing the key areas
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to present the findings to the stakeholders
- Work with CLCA team to identify the improvements needed
- Stakeholder Communication
- Work with the stakeholders to and Program Manager to align survey goals
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and findings of the survey.
- Communicate findings with leadership team and provide recommendations
- Quality Assurance and Continuous improvement
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the survey data
- Perform data validation and cleaning to prepare the data for analysis
- Optimize surveys based on feedback and best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in survey research and data analysis
- Language proficiency and communication expertise
- Excellent command of language - grammar, vocabulary & syntax
- Ability to write impactful, relevant subject lines and informative emails by including all key points / insights
- Crafting messages that drive decisions or action when needed
- Bringing narratives into emails when needed to engage and persuade
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experienced in corporate policies, markets and processes
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in surveys, out of which the majority of experience if in any survey platform is an advantage.
- Added advantage - Knowledge on integration of survey tools and other tools like SFDC,SQL and others, using API and JSON
- Able to handle projects independently
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values. • • • Experienced in large revenue deals to include combination of multi-country/ business unit/ product line and managing a business in start-up and growth phases • Capable of managing a portfolio of annuity services
- Effective communication - Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Willing to work in a complex program driving customer and partner experience.
- Demonstrated curiosity in understanding what really matters to our customers
- Strong analytical aptitude problem solving, logical reasoning
- Knowledge of languages: HTM & JavaScript etc. would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options
- Strong knowledge in data analytics and reporting out insights
