JD for VMware (VRA/VRO) Consultant (Not into Admin)

• Proficiency in any 2 scripting language ( Java, Typescript, Python, etc.)
• Development knowledge in Aria Ops and Aria Orchestrator (not design and deployment).
• Fair understanding of automation workflows and public cloud technologies.
• Mandate focuses more on Aria as a development skill rather than deployment.

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Automation Developer with strong Handson experience in vRA (Aria Automation), vRO (Aria Orchestrator), workflow development, and automation scripting. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and automate end-to-end infrastructure workflows across VMware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using vRO / Aria Orchestrator.
• Build and customize vRA / Aria Automation Blueprints, Cloud Templates, and XaaS services.
• Develop ABX actions, extensibility workflows, and policy based automation.
• Automate provisioning, lifecycle management, governance, and integrations.
• Integrate automation platforms with third-party tools (ServiceNow, Git, APIs, CI/CD).
• Write clean, reusable scripts using JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, PowerCLI.
• Work with REST APIs for all automation and orchestration integrations.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Infra, Network, and Security teams to deliver automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and optimize performance.
• Document automation designs, workflows, and implementation procedures
