VMware Senior Consultant | VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)

Location: Thiruvananthapuram / Ernakulam, Kerala

Travel: Short-term onsite travel to Dubai

Experience: 610+ years (VCF-focused roles preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and resilient VMware Cloud Foundation architectures

Lead deployment & configuration of vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, and VMware Aria Suite

Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients

Provide L3/L4 support and resolve complex infrastructure issues

Perform lifecycle management (upgrade, patching, compliance) using SDDC Manager

Create technical documentation, design documents, and runbooks

Conduct customer workshops and knowledge transfer sessions

Integrate VCF with third-party tools (backup, monitoring, security, automation)

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)

Expertise in vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, VMware Aria (Automation, Operations, Log Insight)

Solid understanding of virtualization, networking (L2/L3), and storage

Experience with automation tools Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell

Exposure to AWS / Azure integrations is a plus

Excellent client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills

Willingness to travel to Dubai

Certifications (Preferred)

VCP VCF Architect

VCAP / VCDX (highly desirable)
