Job Description:
Must-Have
- 6 8 years strong knowledge and experience on Horizon VDI Desktop
- Maintaining and managing VDI desktops
- Install and update Horizon connection servers
- Design and plan VMware Horizon VDI environments
- Develop the infrastructure that the Horizon VDI runs on
- Troubleshooting and fixing any technical issues related to VDI performance, unregister and launces
- Installing and optimizing Windows server environment
- Managing Windows systems
- Train users and employees on how to use Horizon VDI desktops
- Supervising Horizon console
- Analyzing errors and logs
- Knowledge on full and linked clones
- Golden Image update
- Ensuring smooth operation
- Providing innovative solutions
- Providing business support
- Coordinating, implementing, and communicating any system changes that are to be made
- Open for 24 x 7 shifts
