Job Description:

LTI is seeking a skilled Kubernetes & VMware Engineer to manage, deploy, and optimize containerized applications and virtualized infrastructure. The role involves supporting cloud-native platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (on-prem / cloud).
• Administer and support VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter environments.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Perform cluster monitoring, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate with Kubernetes.
• Ensure system security, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams.
• Automate infrastructure using Shell / Ansible / Terraform .

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/OpenShift preferred) .
• Hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter .
• Good knowledge of Linux system administration .
• Experience with Docker, Helm, YAML manifests .
• Understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD).
• VMware certifications (VCP).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, ArgoCD).
