Role Summary:
As the VM Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling merchandising solutions for New Store Openings (NSOs), strategic brand projects, and new product display concepts across our retail footprint. Your role is key in enhancing the brand’s visual identity and creating immersive in-store experiences that reflect the elegance and craftsmanship of fine jewelry.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Display & Launch Concepts
Conceptualize thematic windows and in-store displays for new product launches and high-value collections (e.g., bridal, festive, limited editions).
Translate product USPs into visually engaging, brand-aligned presentations.
Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to align storytelling and the consumer journey.
Creative Projects & Brand Installations
Lead design for seasonal campaigns, pop-ups, influencer events, exhibitions, and in-store activations.
Ideate and execute VM-led storytelling installations for PR or CX milestones.
Collaborate with graphic, digital, and experience design teams for cross-channel cohesion.
Design Development & Vendor Coordination
Create detailed concept boards, 3D mock-ups, and visual plans for review and production.
Work closely with external vendors for sourcing and production of displays, fixtures, and props.
Conduct quality checks to maintain brand standards across all stores and formats.
NSO (New Store Opening) Visual Merchandising
Design bespoke VM layouts and storytelling zones tailored to each new store’s size, city, and consumer profile.
Coordinate with store design, projects, and operations teams to align on timelines, store fixtures, and VM props.
Oversee on-site installation and styling to ensure a premium visual appeal before launch.
Key Requirements:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience: 3-6 years in a VM/design role within jewelry, fashion, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands.
Skills:
Strong aesthetic and spatial design sense, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, AI tools or similar tools.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Hands-on execution mindset with a flair for elegant storytelling in jewelry VM.

Key Deliverables:
Seasonal & Product Launch Display Concepts- Development and deployment of innovative display solutions and storytelling elements for new collections and key campaign windows.
Creative Direction for Special Projects & Installations- Design and execution of visual experiences for brand events, exhibitions, influencer pop-ups, and CX-led activations.
VM Design & Execution for New Store Openings (NSOs) -End-to-end creative design, layout planning, and execution of visual merchandising for all new store launches.
Display Toolkit & Planogram Creation -Production of standardized VM toolkits, display guidelines, and planograms to ensure brand consistency across formats and locations.
