Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Visualiser to design engaging and effective creatives for digital marketing campaigns. The role involves creating social media posts, brand creatives, and motion assets while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality visual content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and motion creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, and campaigns
• Translate briefs into visually compelling designs aligned with brand tone and objectives
• Create social media posts, stories, reels creatives, banners, and campaign collaterals
• Develop basic motion graphics and video edits for digital and social platforms
• Use AI-based tools for ideation, image enhancements, resizing, background removal, and workflow efficiency where relevant
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital assets
• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and other teams
• Incorporate feedback and deliver creatives within defined timelines
• Stay updated with design trends, formats, platform updates, and emerging creative tools
• Maintain quality standards and ensure error-free final outputs

Required Skills & Expertise

• Looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of work experience
• Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience in creating social media and digital marketing creatives
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Attention to detail and strong execution skills
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and video formats
• Comfort with experimenting with AI tools as part of the design process
