About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Visual Merchandising Intern to help elevate the retail experience across our Cult stores in Pune.

This role involves frequent travel between our various store locations across Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Aesthetics: Execute floor layouts and window displays according to brand guidelines.
• Merchandise Presentation: Manage mannequin styling, wall displays, and focal points, specifically for athleisure and footwear.
• Inventory Flow: Ensure new launches (Activewear, Sports Shoes, Accessories) are highlighted effectively on the floor.
• Audit & Maintenance: Visit different Cult store locations in Pune to ensure consistency in VM standards and fix any display lapses.
• Design Support: Assist in creating localized signage or promotional mock-ups using design software.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Communication, Retail Design, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design.
• Industry Interest: A deep passion for the athleisure and sports industry. If you live in sneakers and tracksuits, youll fit right in.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Canva is a plus.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling across Pune to visit different outlets.
• Eye for Detail: You notice when a hanger is facing the wrong way or a mannequins posture is "off."
