Key Responsibilities:

To define and design visual merchandising displays aligned to the product strategy to aid the promotion and sales of the products, look at budget and commercial processes along with new store opening and in store merchandising. Upkeep of VM materials and alignment for best possible utilization and allotment to the teams.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for visual merchandising strategies

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in large format stores is preferred
• Knowledge of local market and consumer preferences in Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in local language is a plus

Graduation in design from a design college
