VM & Retail Experience Lead

We're looking for a visual merchandising professional to own in-store experience standards across our retail network and lead rollout and compliance across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and document VM standards across the store network
• Own rollout of VM guidelines across all locations
• Build store-wise execution playbooks for independent implementation
• Develop an audit system consistency scoring, inspection cadence, corrective action
• Manage seasonal refresh guidelines window concepts, display updates, launch execution
• Train store teams on VM standards
• Coordinate with the creative team to align in-store visuals with campaign assets

Requirements

• 58 years in visual merchandising or retail experience design
• Multi-store rollout experience 30+ locations minimum
• Operationally sharp execution discipline as important as taste
• Watch, accessories, or premium lifestyle retail background preferred
• Willing to travel during rollout phases
