Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Visual Merchandiser will oversee the development and execution of appealing store layouts, create eye-catching window displays, and maintain organized and attractive retail environments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the retail and sales team to optimize customer engagement, promoting products effectively, and ensuring that visual standards align with the companys branding and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Retail, Customer Service, and Sales to understand customer needs and enhance in-store shopping experiences
Proficiency in designing and maintaining Window Displays that attract and engage customers
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with different teams and customer interactions
Knowledge of current retail trends and visual merchandising techniques
Attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines
Relevant education or certifications in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields are a plus
