We Are Hiring | Area Visual Merchandiser West Mumbai

We are looking for a passionate and creative Area Visual Merchandiser to lead Visual Merchandiser execution across our stores in West . If you have a strong eye for fashion, styling, and store aesthetics, along with the ability to drive business through VM, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute brand VM guidelines across all assigned stores
• Create impactful window displays, mannequin styling & in-store layouts
• Ensure timely implementation of seasonal campaigns, EOSS & new launches
• Conduct regular store visits & VM audits with strong follow-ups
• Drive sales through effective product placement & storytelling
• Support new store openings & VM setup
• Train store teams on VM standards and best practices
• Coordinate with vendors for props, fixtures & branding elements

Candidate Profile:

• 36 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (Retail/Apparel preferred)
• Experience handling multiple stores/area roles
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling & retail display
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, execution-driven, and detail-oriented

Location: Mumbai (Western Region)

Travel: Required across stores
