Visual Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of creating engaging designs across social media, branding, print, and video formats .

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design ideas that align with brand guidelines and deliver strong visual impact across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling social media posts, stories, ads, and campaigns
• Develop logos, brand identities, and branding collaterals
• Create designs for print media including brochures, flyers, packaging, banners, and marketing materials
• Conceptualize and produce short-form video content, reels, and motion graphics
• Edit videos for social media and digital marketing platforms
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to translate ideas into visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline creatives
• Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and visual styles

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong working knowledge of:
• Canva (mandatory)
• Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (as applicable)
• UI/UX tools exposure:
• Figma (preferred)
• Adobe XD / Sketch (optional)
• Experience in:
• Social media creative design
• Logo design & branding
• Print-ready artwork preparation
• Video editing & reel creation

Design Knowledge

• Typography, layout, color theory
• Visual hierarchy and composition
• Wireframing and prototyping basics
• Understanding of user-centric design approach
• Basic animation or motion graphics (added advantage)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if portfolio is strong)

• 14 years of experience in graphic design or digital creative roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• social media creatives
• branding work
• logos
• UI/UX samples
• videos/reels

Salary Range

• 20,000 to 40,000 per month
• (based on skills, experience, and portfolio strength)
• Interns/Freshers can also apply stipend based on skill level.
