Visual Experience Designer / Brand Designer

Role Overview

Were looking for a Visual Experience Designer / Brand Designer to shape the design language, visual identity, and storytelling across multiple brands under the Premor group.

Youll craft everything from brand systems to packaging, Shopify experiences, and campaign visuals ensuring each brand expresses its own soul while maintaining a cohesive design philosophy across the group.

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintain brand identity systems (logos, typography, colors, patterns).
• Design product packaging, digital interfaces, and marketing visuals.
• Create content templates and visual guides for social, Shopify, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and product teams on storytelling and launches.
• Work on multi-brand projects Suveda, My Swaroopa, and other portfolio ventures or consultation clients.
• Ensure consistency in visual voice and design craft across touchpoints.

You Should Have

• 12 years of experience in brand design, visual storytelling, or digital design.
• A strong sense of visual aesthetics color theory, composition, and layout.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop (motion design a plus).

Bonus Skills

• Photography / styling sense for shoots.
• Shopify / Webflow design experience.
• Familiarity with printing or packaging production.
