Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Photo Editor & Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and editing both photos and videos to produce high-quality content for various purposes, such as marketing, social media, and internal communications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for film making.

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Editing:

• Edit and retouch photos according to brand guidelines.
• Camera Raw and edit- Adjust brightness, contrast, colors, and other elements to achieve the desired look.
• Crop and resize images for different platforms and purposes.
• Image Manipulation- Remove imperfections, blemishes, or unwanted elements from photos.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all edited photos.

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage according to guidelines.
• Color correction and sound editing according to guidelines.
• Add music, sound effects, and captions as needed.
• Create smooth transitions and maintain a logical sequence in the videos.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to understand the project requirements and deliver the desired result.

Creative Input:

• Contribute creative ideas for improving the visual aspects of photos and videos.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of content.
• Create creative guidelines and processes for post production.

Organization and Workflow:

• Maintain a well-organized file structure and workflow to ensure efficient project management.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in photo editing and video editing using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color correction, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in audio editing and mixing for videos.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique visual ideas.
• A portfolio of previous photo and video editing work is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Animation or Film Production) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in photo and video editing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Industry- Jewellery/Car/ Functional Art/ Furniture
