Visual Director

We dont need someone who knows AI tools. The tools are already good.

We need someone who can see the video before it exists .

This role is for a visual thinker / director who imagines scenes, pacing, and flow and then uses AI to execute that vision. The job is about taste, judgment, and iteration , not button-pushing.

Before you read on, this is a full-time, in-office only role. Our office is in Dadar East, and we work Monday to Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM.

• Visualize ideas as scenes, sequences, and moments
• Decide what a video should show and why
• Translate visual direction into clear AI prompts
• Review outputs critically and refine until they feel right
• Continuously create and release new visual concepts

• Strong visual sense and storytelling instinct
• Prior exposure to video work (editing, shooting, motion, content any form)
• Good judgment around pacing, framing, and continuity
• Uses AI as an execution tool, not a substitute for thinking

• Not a tool-operator role
• Not an AI prompt engineer position
• Not remote, freelance, or part-time
