Visual Designer

Job Title: Visual Designer (with interest in Storyline 360)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer (high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator) who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to expand their skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360 . In this role, you'll collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

About Us:

We are a film production house and have been avid in making corporate films, Ads, music videos and much more.

A close-knit team of 70, are currently working with established corporate firms for 2-D explainer videos on ongoing projects for about 23 countries in 35 languages.

Experience- 1-3 years

Nature of job- Full-time

Working hours- 09:00 am to 05:30 pm

Working days- Monday to Friday

Working model - Remote

Expected join date- Immediate

CTC offered - 3.6 to 7 LPA as per industry standards

Number of hires- 2

Candidate should have their own system to work on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
• Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
• Learn and gradually contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 .
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator .
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
• Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
• Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
