What youll do

-Performance & Social Creative (50%)

-Design static + motion creatives for Meta & Google Ads

-Create daily social content posts, stories, reels graphics, carousels

-Iterate designs based on CTR, CPM, conversions (not vibes)

-Brand & Print Design (30%)

-Own packaging design bottles, capsules, dielines, unboxing

-Brand Systems & Strategy (20%)

-Collaborate on campaign concepts and creative briefs

What were looking for

Must-haves

-13 years experience in brand or marketing design (D2C / agency preferred)

-Strong portfolio covering social, performance ads, and brand work

-Solid grip on Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

-Good eye for typography, color, and layout

-Experience designing for social platforms and their formats

-Basic understanding of how design impacts performance metrics

Big plusses

-Motion graphics / 2D animation (After Effects)

-Agency background

-Experience in wellness, beauty, or premium consumer brands
