What Youll Do
Design ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and display ads
Create social media graphics , carousel posts, thumbnails, reels assets
Design web banners, emailers, landing page graphics , and marketing visuals
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert ideas into effective visual content
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines
Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns and brand initiatives
What Were Looking For
3+ years of experience in visual / graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing ads, social media creatives, campaign visuals
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva
After Effects (bonus)
Figma (bonus)
Understanding of digital marketing visuals and performance-focused design
Strong communication + ability to take feedback
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good to Have
Motion graphics / GIF creation
Basic video editing
UI design fundamentals
Understanding of brand strategy
