Visual Designer

Full-time Remote (India)

Were looking for a Visual Designer who cares about craft, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow inside a focused, hands-on studio environment.

• Design clear, intentional visuals across branding, websites, social, and campaigns
• Translate ideas and strategy into strong visual outcomes
• Build repeatable design systems, not just one-off outputs
• Work with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion
• Manage timelines, communicate clearly, and follow through
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior designers
• Iterate, refine, and consistently improve quality

• Strong visual fundamentals and attention to detail
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end
• Reliable with timelines and responsibilities
• Curious about learning new tools and workflows
• Interested in growing within a small, collaborative team

• Figma
• Adobe Suite (as needed)
• Notion + Slack
• AI-assisted design tools (training provided)

• Starting monthly compensation of 20,000
• Performance-based bonuses tied to key milestones
• Hands-on mentorship and regular feedback
• Ongoing upskilling in tools, systems, and workflows
