Visual Designer Intern

About the Role

Were looking for a designer who doesnt think of themselves as just an intern. Youll be part of the team from day one, contributing ideas, making decisions, and creating work that matters. A killer portfolio and CV will get you noticed, but your drive, focus, and ability to turn ideas into real work are what will set you apart.

You wont just be making things look good. Youll be expected to dig in, understand the context (the whats, the whys, the hows), and then make things look good, of course.

We appreciate creative thinkers who dont just design, but also constantly volunteer to enhance everything revolving around it. Think - tweak the content where it feels justified, make the work processes efficient, introduce AI tools we can leverage, and share inputs on project planning, etc.

This role sits between product and brand, so the work needs to be structured, intentional, and aesthetically strongclarity, craft, and intent matter.

What You Should Have:

• Technical Skills: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Image-Gen Tools.
• Soft Skills: Active Feedback Taking, Communication, Collaboration, Ownership.
• Strong Design Fundamentals: Typography, Colours, Hierarchy, Layouts, etc.
• Speed & Excellence: Quick TAT (when required), Quality Work (always).

Logistics

Compensation: Rs 20-25k per month

Location: Noida Office

Duration: 4 Months
