About Role:

As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to plan, design, and deliver impactful ad creative.

You will be highly engaged in tracking the performance of ads, iterating on designs, and continuously improving creative outputs.


What youll do:

Design and maintain a consistent web icon system across all digital touchpoints

Create sale logo units, campaign visuals, website pop-ups, and promotional assets

Develop custom stickers and web illustrations aligned with brand identity

Illustrate engaging visuals for social media and brand-led campaigns

Ensure all graphics follow brand guidelines and maintain strong visual consistency

Translate creative briefs into clear, scalable design solutions

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and internal teams

Experiment with new ideas while blending creativity with data-driven insights


Qualifications were looking for:

Pro-level expertise in Adobe Illustrator with strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Solid understanding of vector design principles, scalability, and visual consistency

Experience building icons, illustrations, and graphic systems for digital platforms

Good grasp of web design fundamentals responsiveness & usability

Ability to sketch and visualize concepts quickly during the ideation phase

Hands-on experience with Procreate or similar digital sketching tools

Basic motion/animation knowledge using Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools is a plus

Detail-oriented with a strong eye for brand alignment and clean design execution
