Location: DELHI HO (Defence Colony, South Delhi) Reporting To: Manager Brand & Marketing

Function: Brand & Marketing I Budgeted CTC for this role: 5 LPA.


Working Schedule : Six-day working week; only the second Saturday is off.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Visual Designer who functions as a visual storyteller and brand architect. The role demands strong conceptual thinking, aesthetic precision, and the ability to translate brand strategy into immersive visual experiences.


Key Role Features & Responsibilities

Develop and evolve cohesive visual systems across all brand touchpoints.

Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Design creatives for product launches, seasonal promotions, and experiential events.

Create hospitality and experiential branding elements including menus, collaterals, & spatial graphics.

Develop digital assets including social media creatives, banners, and website visuals.

Create motion graphics and support video storytelling initiatives.

Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and present structured creative concepts.

Ensure pixel-perfect output across platforms.

Coordinate with vendors and production teams for final execution.

Execute end-to-end video editing, including raw footage curation, sequencing, transitions, color correction, audio balancing, and final rendering optimized for multiple platforms (social, web, and on-ground displays).


Technical Skills Required :Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Strong typography and layout system understanding.

Knowledge of print production and packaging formats.

Basic animation and motion graphics capability.


Experience & Qualification :

Bachelors degree in visual design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline.

34 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or experiential branding preferred.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, packaging, digital, and motion work.
