Role Overview
We are hiring a Creative Designer and Social Media Executive who can work across brand design, social media execution, publication design, and monthly content management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic creative environment, and takes ownership of both creative and operational tasks. We require someone who is versatile, adapts quickly to different design needs of the agency and its clients, and can comfortably shift between branding work, social media content, publications, and evolving project requirements. You will work closely with the Creative Director for brand direction and independently execute day-to-day design and social media work for client accounts.
What Youll Work On at Fable
You will get the opportunity to work across diverse creative projects including:
Building and expanding brand identity systems
Designing social media content aligned with brand strategy
Creating layouts for brochures, company profiles, and pitch decks
Planning monthly content calendars and visual themes
Coordinating with photography and video collaborators
Exploring basic video edits for digital content
Tracking content performance and identifying creative improvements
Contributing ideas that elevate client brands
Skills and Capabilities
Design
Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to maintain consistency across brand systems
Sensitivity to detail and aesthetic judgment
Tools
Understanding of social media content planning
Ability to align visuals with brand positioning
Comfort with interpreting performance insights into creative improvements

Experience and Educational Qualifications
Experienced candidates are preferred.
Freshers with a strong portfolio, solid design fundamentals, and a proactive learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
Degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Applied Arts, or a related discipline preferred.
A portfolio demonstrating clarity of thinking, typography discipline, and branding understanding is mandatory.
