Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Designer with 2-5 years of work-experience who can own day-to-day brand and marketing creatives across static, video, and light motion formats. This is a hands-on role for someone who can deliver quickly, maintain consistency, and iterate with feedback.

Experience, Location and Work Mode

• Experience Expected: 02 05 Years, Full-Time, Paid.
• Work location: Bellandur, Bengaluru 560103
• Work mode: On-site
• Working schedule: MondayFriday in most weeks. During major launches or critical release windows, planned weekend work may be required occasionally, with advance communication and schedule adjustments where feasible.

Role Scope And Typical Work

• Design brand and marketing assets such as logos, banners, posters, pitch visuals, thumbnails, and social media creatives.
• Produce short-form videos for social platforms including edits, captions, pacing, transitions, basic sound alignment, and export formats.
• Create light motion assets such as animated banners, title cards, and simple motion graphics (where applicable).
• Use AI tools for ideation and generation and refine outputs into consistent brand assets with clean typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Maintain file hygiene and asset organization so creative work is reusable across campaigns (source files, exports, naming, versioning).
• Collaborate with founders and engineering teams to support product visuals, UI snapshots, demo videos, and launch collateral.

Minimum Requirements (Hands-On)

• 25 years of hands-on design experience with a portfolio that shows both quality and range.
• Strong working proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to deliver both static creatives and edited videos with consistent quality and speed.
• Comfort receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and maintaining brand consistency across formats and campaigns.
• Portfolio required - with clear indication of individual contribution.

Additional Strengths (Preferred)

• After Effects (motion graphics, basic compositing, kinetic typography).
• Basic 2D animation workflows and motion principles.
• Figma familiarity for UI collaboration and design handoff.
• Blender or other 3D tools for simple 3D assets, lighting, and compositions.
• Familiarity with AI video/image tools and prompt iteration (for creative acceleration).
• Awareness of social media formats, aspect ratios, and creative testing practices.
