Visual Designer (B2B SaaS)

Company Overview:

One of our client is a B2B platform that enables organizations to manage, govern, and scale APIs across their lifecycle. Their products are used by enterprises and developer-focused teams, making clarity, consistency, and accuracy in communication critical.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Visual Designer to support the team across sales, marketing, and brand communication initiatives. This role goes beyond execution of visuals and requires the ability to think through content, structure, and messaging while designing. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear, professional, and consistent visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality sales collateral including documents, presentations, and supporting materials used by sales and business teams.
• Create infographic-style diagrams to represent technical concepts such as system architecture, API workflows, and product positioning in a clear and structured manner.
• Design with content in mind so visuals are easy to understand and clearly amplify the core message.
• Create engaging social media visuals by following best practices for each platform and developing strong design ideas to effectively communicate technical topics and business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and communication principles.
• Ability to design professional documents and presentations, not just marketing creatives.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to effectively use design tools and handle their technical aspects with accuracy across multiple formats and channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to technical or developer-focused products.
• Ability to create supporting design assets such as custom icons and illustrations that are appropriate for a B2B and enterprise audience.
• Interest in learning technical concepts related to APIs and enterprise software.
• Experience visualizing complex or data-heavy information.
