Visual Designer (AI-savvy)

Binks is a modern Indian fashion brand for women; focused on fit, speed, and systems. As we scale our catalogue across categories and channels, were looking for a visual designer with strong design sense who is fluent with AI tools and comfortable doing basic video editing, and who can step in for occasional physical shoots when required.

This is not a social media role and not a performance marketing role. Its a product + digital visual design role built for speed, clarity, and scale.

What youll do

Create AI-generated product images for new launches and variations

Design website and app assets: PDP visuals, banners, collections, campaign creatives

Use Gemini, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and other AI tools to generate, refine, and iterate visuals

Write clear, structured prompts to get consistent, usable outputs from AI tools

Do basic video editing (short product clips, simple edits for website/app usage)

Maintain visual consistency across website, app, and key customer touchpoints

Work closely with design, CRM, and ops teams to translate products into clean, conversion-friendly visuals

Use Canva and Shopify themes to execute quickly

Participate in occasional physical shoots (in-studio or on-ground): visual direction, shot selection, alignment with brand guidelines

Reduce dependency on large photoshoots by intelligently combining AI and minimal physical shoots

What you will not be expected to do

Plan or manage social media calendars

Write marketing, brand, or lifecycle copy

Run paid ads or performance marketing

Manage agencies end-to-end

Own shoot logistics, budgeting, or vendor negotiations independently

What were looking for

Strong visual and design sense (more important than any single tool)

Hands-on experience with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, or similar

Comfortable writing and refining prompts for AI image generation

Able to do basic video editing (not high-end motion or reels)

Familiar with Canva; ecommerce or website design experience is a plus

Willingness to be present for select physical shoots when required

Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable iterating without overthinking

Preference for clarity and usefulness over aesthetic fluff

Salary

4-6 LPA, depending on experience and fit
