Role Overview

Were looking for a creative, detail-drivenVisual Designer who can translate complex ideas into visually striking marketing creatives. Youll design ads, digital assets, and brand visuals that tell our story across campaigns, product launches, and social media.

The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for layout, understands performance-driven design for ads, and can add a touch of animation or motion to make visuals pop.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and animated creatives forLinkedIn, Meta, Google, and YouTube ads .
• Create compellingsocial media visuals, landing page banners, and email graphics that reflect illumines brand tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate copy and campaign ideas into visually consistent designs across the website
• Design and maintain brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints (print, digital, events).
• Support short-form video creatives withsimple animations, transitions, or GIFs (using After Effects or equivalent).
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices inB2B SaaS marketing and social advertising.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in aB2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience designingpaid ad creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Display).
• Understanding oflayout, composition, typography, and color principles.
• Familiarity with brand systems and maintaining consistent visual identity across channels.
• Ability to create short motion pieces animated text, icons, transitions, or product highlight animations.

A strong portfolio showcasing bothstatic and animated digital designs.
