Visual Communication Designer

Studio Paperheads is looking for aVisual Communication Designerto join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives.

This role is focused on creating impactfuldigital content and campaigns, where youll transform strategic ideas into engaging visual stories across platforms. Youll work on everything from content ideation and design execution for ongoing brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual communication acrossdigital campaigns, social media, and other brand touchpoints.
• Take complete ownership of one or more brands, includingcontent planning, creative direction, and execution.
• Createanimations and illustrationsthat bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategists to maintain creative consistency across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experienceworking at a reputed design studio or creative agency.
• Bachelors degreein a design-related field is mandatory. Applicants with diplomas or certifications will not be considered.
• Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Strong skills in illustration and animation.
• Experience in motion graphics is a strong plus.
• A strong grasp ofcontent creation and storytellingfor digital and social media platforms.
• Familiarity withAI tools(such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway) to enhance creative exploration.
