Visual Communication Designer (Presentations Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality presentations, brochures, and supporting visual assets used in client-facing communication across global teams. Translate complex information into clear, structured, and visually engaging layouts that align with brand guidelines.

Own projects from concept to final delivery, including layout exploration, visual direction, and final production. Manage multiple briefs in parallel while working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, shape design direction, and develop practical visual solutions that improve clarity and impact for client presentations.

Ensure consistency across documents by applying global brand guidelines, typography standards, and visual systems. Identify opportunities to improve templates, layouts, and document workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

Support project planning by estimating effort, prioritizing requests, and helping define realistic timelines for delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 36 years of experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, layout skills, and brand-driven visual communication
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color usage

Skills Required

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide masters, layout systems, and advanced formatting
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to translate complex content into clear and visually engaging presentation slides
• Strong layout, typography, and document design skills
• High attention to detail, particularly in formatting, spacing, and visual consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and responding to feedback
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and improve design approaches
