About The Role

Obsessed with how great brands make you feel something? We're looking for a brand builder who thinks in stories, talks in visuals and moves fast with culture, and knows that lasting brand love is built on craft, intuition, and work that resonates with and lasts the test of the ever-changing algorithms.

Youll enter a world of jewelry fanatics, and we will convert you to one!

You'll shape how our brand shows up across every digital touchpointsocial, web, ads, email and moredriving not just visibility, but genuine connection. This role is equal parts strategist and storyteller: you'll translate consumer insights into compelling narratives, take ideas from concept to execution, and help define what makes us unmistakable in a crowded market. And have a knack for brand storytelling through strong visual communication

What You'll Do

  • Build & evolve the brand

Craft compelling content strategies for the brands digital touchpoints that have a unique and authentic voice and consistent visual language


  • Lead creative content that converts

Conceptualize and execute integrated content across all platforms, geared to stop-scrolls (yes!), but also ultimately convert. Make sure every campaign has a clear POV and measurable impact.


  • Turn insights into action

Use market research, sales data, and consumer behavior analysis to guide decisions. Track category trends and translate insights into actionable content strategies.


  • Champion cross-functional collaboration

Partner closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly. Align internal and external stakeholders on goals and timelines. Train teams on brand standards and storytelling frameworks.


What We're Looking For

* 35 years in brand management, ideally within luxury, D2C, fine jewelry, or lifestyle categories

* Fluency in digital-first content, platform needs and performance metrics

* Strong visual and narrative instincts; you know good design and copy when you see it

* Dynamic energy: you move fast, think holistically, and don't wait for permission to innovate

* Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment where you'll wear multiple hats
