Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with VB6 , ASP.NET (WebForms/MVC) , and SQL Server .
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience in leading teams or handling team coordination tasks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand and work with legacy code as well as modern .NET frameworks.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with .NET Core, Web API, or migration of legacy systems.
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
