Job Description

Position: VisionPLUS Tester

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Vision PLUS system modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS).
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to identify issues and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with system analysts, developers, and business users to understand module functionalities and testing requirements.
• Document test results, report defects, and verify defect resolution.
• Ensure all modules are tested according to compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed testing records and generate test execution reports.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support deployment activities by executing pre- and post-deployment testing as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience testing Vision PLUS systems, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
• Strong understanding of CMS, FAS, and TRAMS modules within Vision PLUS.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
• Experience with other banking software testing tools and platforms.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
