Job Title : Visa Head / Visa Executive

We are looking for an experienced Visa executives and Visa Head/Visa In-Charge to lead and manage our visa operations.

The ideal candidate should have 810 years of hands-on experience in global visa processing, excellent client-handling skills, and strong coordination abilities with embassies and visa centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end visa operations for all major destinations.
• Lead and manage the visa team; ensure smooth workflow and timely processing.
• Handle complex cases and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Maintain relationships with embassies, consulates, VFS centers.
• Ensure compliance with latest visa regulations and internal SOPs.
• Review documents, verify applications, and ensure accurate submissions.
• Prepare reports and monitor productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

• 810 years of experience in visa processing within a travel agency or immigration firm.
• Strong knowledge of international visa rules and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes and work under tight timelines.
• E xperience with Online & Offline Forms: Proficiency in accurately completing online and offline visa application forms, ensuring all required fields are filled out correctly and submitted on time.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to review visa forms, travel documents, and application details thoroughly to avoid errors, ensuring compliance with visa regulations and requirements.
• Knowledge of Visa Requirements: Familiarity with the specific information needed for various visa applications, such as personal details, travel itineraries, and supporting documents, for different countries.
• Data Management Skills: Experience inputting and organizing data into company systems, spreadsheets, and billing software, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Customer Support: Ability to assist clients in filling out visa forms, providing guidance on required information and documentation for their specific travel needs.

Technical Skills:

Computer Literacy: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with travel bookingandvisa processing software.

Data Management: Ability to maintain and update client records, visa applications, and other travel-related documentation accurately.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple visa applications and travel bookings at once.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address issues related to visa applications and help resolve any challenges clients may face in the application process.

Confidentiality: Handling client information with care and maintaining confidentiality.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing visa regulations and travel requirements, as well as the flexibility to handle various travel arrangements.

Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, especially when processing visa applications for clients who need them for travel plans.

Additional Tasks Specific to Travel Agencies:

Travel Documentation Support: In addition to visa processing, you may assist with preparing other travel-related documents, such as insurance, flight tickets, and hotel bookings.

Booking and Itinerary Assistance: As part of the agency team, you may help customers plan their travel itineraries in addition to processing visas.
