Visa Counselor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Counselor specializing in UK study abroad applications. The ideal candidate will guide students through the visa process, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding UK student visa requirements and procedures
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa documentation (CAS, SOP, financials, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of visa applications
• Stay updated with UK visa rules, immigration policies, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing
• Handle visa refusals and re-application cases effectively
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all cases
• Provide accurate guidance to students and parents regarding visa queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in UK student visa counseling
• Strong knowledge of UK visa processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
• Familiarity with visa portals and application systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with study abroad consultancies
• Knowledge of university admission processes for the UK
• Strong problem-solving skills
