Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Visa Counsellor Australia to provide accurate guidance and end-to-end support to clients applying for Australian visas. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian immigration laws, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on Australian visa options , including:

• Student Visas (Subclass 500)
• Skilled Migration Visas (189, 190, 491)
• Visitor Visas
• Temporary Work Visas
• Partner & Family Visas

Assess client eligibility based on Australian immigration rules and regulations

Provide accurate information on:

• Visa requirements
• Documentation
• Processing timelines
• Fees and policies

Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents

Coordinate with internal teams and registered migration agents (if applicable)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian Department of Home Affairs policies

Follow up with clients regarding application status and additional requirements

Maintain proper records and client files

Achieve monthly counselling and conversion target.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• 13 years of experience as an Australia Visa Counsellor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Australian immigration processes and visa subclasses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-focused and sales-oriented approach
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases.
