Job Description for Visa Consultant:

• Accountable for end to end entire visa processing activity for tourist and business visa requirements of our clients
• Guide clients on visa requirements for Schengen, UK, US, Canada, Australia & more
• Develop a detailed understanding of the client's profile and background to prepare and arrange documents in order to build a strong case for visa approval
• Verify documents and draft cover letters with 100% accuracy
• Manage end-to-end documentation, form filling & appointment scheduling
• Fill and finalise the applications on behalf of the client as per the information finalised and approved
• Coordinate with VFS/Consulates and track applications proactively
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients throughout the process
• Build a rapport with clients, have a positive approach and respond to their queries
• Keep yourself updated with latest visa updates and its continual changes
• Help and learn from co- team members with a positive approach

What Were Looking For

• 14 years of experience in Visa Operations (freshers with strong communication may be considered)
• Well equipped with visa knowledge
• Excellent in English writing and speaking
• Strong attention to detail & process orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PPT.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Calm, reliable, and service-oriented
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a smooth, stress-free experience to every client
• Fast learner with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
