Virtualization Engineer

We are hiring for L1, L2 and L3 engineers

Experience for L1 - 2-3years

Experience for L3 - 8-12years

Skillset - VROPS, VRNI, Log Insight, Prism Central

L1 (Basic Support & Monitoring): Perform 24/7 "eyes-on-glass" monitoring of system alerts, execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for initial triage, and handle basic user administration and ticket routing to ensure immediate response to service disruptions.

L2 (Advanced Administration & Troubleshooting): Lead deep-dive technical troubleshooting, manage routine patching and firmware updates, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring incidents within VMware, OCI, or Oracle environments to maintain 99.9% system availability.

L3 (Engineering & Architecture): Design and implement complex infrastructure projects, including large-scale cloud migrations (e.g., On-prem to OCI/AWS), disaster recovery (DR) planning, and advanced performance tuning while acting as the final point of escalation for critical high-priority issues.

Cross-Functional Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Python, or CLI) to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure security compliance and audit readiness across the entire enterprise stack.
